Hang on, High River, we have an election going on.
Thank you to the 13 residents who have stepped up to seek 6 councillor spots.
Thanks also to 2-term Mayor Craig Snodgrass and mayoralty contender Jeff Langford, a local businessman.
Nominations closed at noon Monday.
The election is on Oct. 18.
Running for council are: incumbents Jamie Kinghorn and Michael Nychyk, Brenda Walsh, Jenny Jones, Kelly Kinnick-Smit, David Moretta, Monty Stafford, Terry Coleman, Jamie Barton, Rylan Siggelkow, Ken Bayliff, Dominick Dodge and Dominic VonRaven.
